Alvin Lisebushira.
CEO, proBIZZ group
17 years in finance — from a career change, via assistant to the board member for sales, to his own company as a headhunter. Today he is CEO of the proBIZZ group and leads a team of finance experts across Germany.
My drive, and my ambition
“Activity is everything” — that is how I go into things, and I go in all the way. Wherever I can help, I share my energy and inner strength: to keep going, to get somewhere, and to push through resistance.
A sharp head for the best strategy
Every client is their own case, every financial situation different. In my head I am forever working out the best strategy to get them to their goals and wishes as efficiently as possible. That is not an effort, it is a passion. And in among the work, the odd prank and daft idea goes shooting through — humour never comes up short with me.
My heart is in what I do
My mother told me: “Anything you do with passion and with your heart is not an effort but a joy, and that joy will never fade.” I am grateful every day to have work my heart is in. Besides it, the other passion I burn for is golf — and dancing.
My gut got me where I am today
I have trusted my gut for a very long time, because without it I would not be where I am. New mandates, decisions about a new strategy — whatever it is, I listen right down into myself and focus on what I feel. This job is not only about people, it runs alongside their whole lives; the gut feeling had better be right.
Dreams make the person
It was clear to me very early that I would end up doing something where I wear a suit. Of course clothes do not make the person — but dreams do. Believing in yourself and in your biggest wish can move mountains, break through limits and make you outgrow yourself.

- 01The start
Training, and the jump
His working life began with training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, majoring in accounting, which he completed straight after school at a well-regarded private business college. Right afterwards, barely of age, he took the jump into finance — a career change, with training as an insurance specialist at the Nürnberger Versicherungs Akademie. He then moved into all-finance, where alongside structured client advice he gained real experience in building up a sales operation.
- 02The assistant years
To the head of sales
Soon after came the post of assistant to the board member for sales at a large all-finance distributor. Through it, Alvin Lisebushira saw deep into the negotiations of banks, insurers and property developers. Those years shaped the rest of his career, and above all gave him the taste for running his own business.

Headhunter in finance
Then he founded his first own company, working as a headhunter in the finance sector — his clients were decision-makers at the big players among banks, tied agencies and all-finance distributors.

At the head of the group
Today Alvin Lisebushira brings together everything from 17 years of experience, and out of it builds a platform for advisers for whom good is not enough — the ones going for excellence. He also has the pleasure of standing at the head of the proBIZZ group as CEO, leading a team of finance experts across Germany with a great deal of passion, commitment and know-how.
